Sachin is a serial entrepreneur and investor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. His most recent venture was Aqreva, a healthcare company focused on Empowering Integrated Care. His leadership, vision and operational expertise laid a strong foundation for Aqreva to achieve its ambitious goals. He served as the President and CEO of the Company until its sale to Invision Capital, a Private Equity Group. He currently serves as the Board Chair for Jvion and also sits on the advisory boards of few start-ups and mid-sized companies in the healthcare and IT space. Prior to Aqreva, Sachin was the CEO of Teledata Technology Solutions, a publicly traded company. During this term he also served on the advisory board of $2 billion group and was part of investment committee and corporate strategy. Sachin came to Teledata Group through merger of Soltius, a company he co-founded in 1996. Under his leadership, Soltius grew to become one of the largest system integrators in Asia Pacific, having offices in 14 countries and employing more than 1,000 people. He is known to be an innovative thinker and leader with broad based expertise in operations, finance, legal and business development. He has a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop and implement strategies leading to creation of stakeholder’s value.
Shantanu is a veteran entrepreneur with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and patient wellness. In the late 90s, Shantanu founded an Artificial Intelligence company with the goal of shifting search algorithms from keyword-based to Eigen Space-based and intent driven.
For the most part of 2000s, Shantanu served as a leader in Accenture's Healthcare practice and helped drive the firm's healthcare solutions and innovation projects. In his current role, Shantanu leads predictive leader Jvion where he and his team have worked to combine Artificial Intelligence and patient wellness to deliver a predictive solution that prevents patient suffering. Shantanu earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in India.
Chetan is a career entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience operating and managing businesses across the Healthcare, IT, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Retail Industries. As Chief Financial Officer of Jvion, he is responsible for financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, shared services, procurement, legal, and human resources. Chetan brings a consistent and proven ability to achieve results, reduce risks, and work with personnel across multiple levels within an organization. His leadership drives structure, organization, and operational efficiencies to enable business success and the realization of strategic goals.
Prior to Jvion, Chetan worked in few technology start-ups in the Greater Atlanta Area with successful exits. The companies that Chetan has helped lead have benefited from his focus on the best interests of the business and are distinguished by their positive market presence and eminence.
Emerson Fann co-founded Eastside Partners in 2005 and is the Managing Partner. His focus is on investment opportunities in healthcare. Prior to Eastside, Emerson was a Partner at Southeastern Technology Fund where he joined in 1998 as that firm’s first investment professional.
Emerson has been actively involved with Emageon (IPO and subsequent sale to Amicus), MedMined (Cardinal Health), Agility Healthcare (GE), Awarix (McKesson), MEDSEEK (Silver Lake), Brightwhistle (Influence Health), Accelarad (Nuance), Accureg, Hospice Partners of America and Hygia Health Services.
