We are seeking an entry level sales representative who is eager to build his/her competency, drive sales performance, and accelerate his/her career to an outside sales position. While sales and industry experience are not required, a familiarity with basic sales processes and healthcare is preferred. This individual should demonstrate social awareness, self-awareness, a strong work ethic, coachability, organization, and an attention to detail.

Experience

  • Basic understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads
  • Adjusting content of sales presentations by studying the type of target account
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Maintaining client records

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
